Eleanor Zimmerman practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Business Law, and Municipal Law. Ms. Zimmerman’s practice focuses on assisting clients with their estate planning and closely-held business needs. She has experience with personal estate planning, business succession planning, corporate formation, choice of business entity selection, commercial law, and a variety of business transactional matters ranging from day to day contractual and business advice to the sale or acquisition of a business.
She has served as legal counsel to many businesses and has been involved with multiple aspects of business and commercial law. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, commercial leases, supply contracts, employment agreements, as well as numerous other transactional and contractual matters that face closely-held businesses.
In addition, Ms. Zimmerman has experience with municipal law, having represented local municipalities in various capacities from implementing a Board of Review, Planning and Zoning Regulations, as well as serving as a general municipal attorney. Her experience includes drafting local government laws and prosecuting violations of local laws and regulations.
